Shopping is My Life!
For all of you who saw my documentary last night on BBC3, I just wanted to say a big, mahoosive thanks for all your lovely emails and comments that have been flooding in about the show and my new site. I’m very touched. It was a challenging experience for me but in the end hugely rewarding. I am really passionate about technology and committed to breaking barriers for women in this area. I hope this site provides some useful techie tips and real reviews in a female friendly way for all you budding girl geeks out there! If you have any comments, feedback or simply things you would like to see on the site please send me a message on the Contact page.
Once again thanks and enjoy!

Hello Nikki, loved the show last night. I think that you are an inspiration to every girl who beliefs that clothes and shopping is the most important.
Hope that after hearing some of you comments you settle down and have kids, because with the bit of the story we heard and your actions around your niece, youll make a great mum.
Good Luck

Saw the programme, well done. you said the name of your domain so fast that it was hard to understand. But with a little detective work I found your site. I’m a bloke but I will still visit your website.
Cheers,
Tony

I have just watched your show via BBC iplayer as i missed the tv slot.
Was a great programme, thoroughly enjoyed it. Though I could see your point about why throw away items you already had, more curb the buying in the future
WELL DONE on the donations to such a worthy charity too.
Best of luck for your future!

Hi Nikki
I really enjoyed your programme and it gave me food for thought. I too love to shop but realise that at times it is a distraction from what really makes me tick. Investing time to think and take stock as you did seems an excellent idea. However, there is nothing wrong with wanting to look good and enjoying fashion!
Love Amanda
PS I just loved the white dress you were wearing on your holiday – do you remember where you got it from?!

Hi Nikki, I have just watched your show on BBCi player after a friend mentioned it at work. I found it really inspiring. Like you I do a job which I am good at but doesn’t inspire me and like you I love being creative but feel fearful of letting go. I love clothes and love inspiring and empowering women and set up my website as a personal stylist. Its early days and i am still doing the day job but indulging your creative side really makes a difference. I ave recently held two clothes swap events for women. They went really well and it was such a buzz. The programme inspired me to follow my dreams and find that joy. Well done, keep up the blog, and by the way you looked gorgeous on the programme. http://www.raejames-personalstylist.com
