Cleaning up Hard Drives

Want to be that extra bit safe when disposing of your PC, we’ve all heard horror stories about people’s identities being stolen Mission Impossible stylee…Well you can now erase all your left over data with Active@ KillDisk – Hard Drive Eraser.

It’s a powerful and compact software that allows you to destroy all data on hard and floppy drives completely, excluding any possibility of future recovery of deleted files and folders.

Check out http://www.killdisk.com/ for more details.

Projection Clock

Check out this funky little dual band Radio Control Projection Clock with Calendar. It projects a fun animated version of time and alarm status on to the ceiling or wall at night. I’ve got one of these and now I cant live without it !!! It is just so useful.

It’s also got an alarm with an 8 minute snooze to wake you up in the morning, and for the heavier sleepers amongst us you can also get the optional vibration alarm which is like a mini discus that you put under your pillow or (wherever takes you fancy) and it vibrates when the alarm goes off.

Available on line for £20, for further details check out:

Shower Power: Bathroom handles for bathroom bangin’

Ok so I know this isnt strictly a gadget, well, sort of ish, but it’s just hilarious. I’d like to meet the product design guy that’s all I’m saying.

These Shower Power bathroom handles take the slippiness out of shower sex – so to speak. They have amazing suction power so you can hang on to or grip, whatever the case may be for better…shower power.

It can be used on tile or glass: so anywhere really where you need a little extra control or balance.

New Sony Vaio FW: Graphic Splash Editions

The newly released Sony’s Vaio FW series is getting decent reviews already and they have funky limited edition Graphic Splash designs too. You can choose from Kaleidoscope, Sound Waves and Colorful.

What’s great is it features a 16.4″ widescreen display yet still manages to weigh under 7lbs so looks good and not too heavy to carry around.  It’s also got a Core 2 Duo processor, HDMI output, and optional configurations such as Blu-ray and an ATI 512MB video card.

If you fancy a new laptop these are available for around £500.

Mousepad Notepad

I luv writing, in fact I write lists and doodle hearts on pretty much any piece of paper around me (I’m sure that must mean something…) so I think having a notepad - mousepad is a fab idea. It has around 50 sheets of notepad and is available on line for about £7. Not sure how long that would last me though.
